Mr. Ssenkumba, a coffee farmer and businessman says he was motivated elect the ever first unique hotel in Masaka City with a roof top to introduce a new design that someone would have demanded from other bigger cities like Kampala and to add value to the tourism and Hospitality sector of the region.

Most of the beautiful Hotels are located in Kampala, we decided to leave the congested Masaka city center and choose to put up this structure on the out skirts of the City.” Ssenkumba said.
He adds that his idea was to construct a normal guest house but he was motivated but a friend who guided him to put up an excellent structure which has never existed in Masaka City and the surrounding areas.
“We have spent two years constructing this Hotel but we have equally supported our local manufacturing industries because we bought all the unique furniture and beddings in Uganda, we never imported a single item. I realised that the few coins we earn from coffee farming can be used to put up big structures once you set a goal” Ssenkumba said.
